Franchise Fee	$10,000 (Paid at Signing of Franchise Agreement)
Minimum Financial Requirements
Net Worth	$150,000 - $250,000
Liquid Assets	$25,000 minimum
Own a sign business longer than 2 years with minimum annual sales of $200,000
Training
International Training Center	Two weeks
New Franchisee’s Center	One week at Grand Opening
New Franchisee’s Center	Three days of follow-up training within 60 days
Marketing
Grand Opening Marketing Campaign	$2,500 (Paid locally by Franchisee, prior to training)
Yellow Page ad	1^st year co-branded, Signs Now exclusively thereafter
Convert Store interior and signage	within 3 months
